I’m a Christian,.but when I try to question about something, people say “you don’t question it just have faith in him” like why? Aren’t u supposed to question it? Aren’t u supposed to know what actually history was? Is sticking one book with thousands different translation is a good source?? Why can’t ppl comprehend this?

During the pandemic we played Animal Crossing a lot, but that faded away.Since then she basically plays daily for about 20 minutes the Grand Prix Mode on Mario Kart grinding for the Last Trophys. I am an atheist now!

Hi! I was born a Catholic. Actually scratch that. I probably didnt even understand the stuff like “Jesus” or “Hell” until I was indoctrinated after I wasn’t a toddler anymore. I started to question my faith a few months ago last summer, I was still a theist and was still on a questioning journey until today or yesterday when I did alot of research googling about the beginning of our universe and I couldn’t find anything to suport that some type of God was even able to exist. Honestly it was hard for me to accept at first and it still kind of is BUT I dont want to go back to burying my head in the sand even if the truth makes me uncomfortable! (On the plus side I do feel alot freer that there’s no “judge” watching us and that there is no Hell either).

Just got into an argument with someone on r/CuratedTumblr about whether hc is a valid shorthand for headcanon and like. They called me lazy and selfish as fuck for so much as SUGGESTING that someone might type “hc” because it’s faster (especially when typing on a phone, which i normally do, and its harder and slower than typing on a proper keyboard) than typing out the full word “headcanon”. Then they said it was ironic that i was typing out full paragraphs defending my argument when they were doing THE SAME THING.

The worst part?

I don’t even use hc as a shorthand for headcanon. Like I don’t think I’ve ever once done that. I was just trying to explain to them why other people might, and saying that I’ve been seeing that shorthand used for probably as long as I’ve been in fandom, which is about 5 or so years at this point, so obviously it’s not as obscure as they thought.

People call this place a hellsite but they’re wrong. It’s been reddit all along
